Eerie Beauty Orchestral

These 5 tracks are a series of ambient music loops.  They all function very well as a musical background for many different situations including: film, television, radio, podcast, software or video game, etc.

Ambient Ambiance Loop 3 takes a bit of a darker turn compared to the other tracks in this series.  The drums give it a tribal, cave-like sound and for some reason makes me think of the Aztecs and jungle. The beat is interesting because you can sense the groove, but can't always feel where it begins or ends.  This music is best suited for needed tension or anticipation; as if something is lurking just around the corner.

Ambient Ambiance Loop 1

Ambient Ambiance Loop 1 has a thoughtful bell-like medlody which floats above a soft arpeggiated pad synth and a steady, simple beat.  A bowed bass synth comes in half way through, adding a sense of direction to the loop.  Either or both of the halves may be looped.  This track is a great example of music that is interesting in itself, but also works well as a simple background to something more important.

Michael and I met at Aspect Studios in San Luis Obispo, California.  We both do freelance audio editing, and are both musicians, so naturally we started playing music together.  I did some composition for three songs on his latest album "Rusted Diamonds".
